Job Description:

A Fintech company based in Cape Town is looking for a workforce productivity manager to ensure productivity levels are maintained with an easy transition to remote working for all staff. The individual must be able to enhance workflow, communication and ensure all deadlines and objectives are met by each department. 


  • Implement correct remote working communications tools and provide company wide training on it
  • Create and implement remote working SOP, host live training on zoom for all employees
  • Implement quarterly technical surveys and climate surveys – use this information to strategically make effective and positive changes on the ground
  • Implement working dashboard to track daily workflow 
  • Set SMART objective for each department
  • Ensure that tasks are delegated fairly with realistic timelines
  • Lead cross-department teams to ensure shared objectives are met between departments- create unique dashboard to track
  • Tackle and resolves daily issues as they appear on dashboard to avoid any backlog in workflow
  • Set weekly check-in meetings with department heads and update live dashboard
  • Monitor weekly department reports and ensure issues are resolved
  • Ensure regular check-ins each quarter with individual employees to track transition to remote working 
  • Set-up a structured  remote working incentive and recognition program for employees 
  • Compile and present monthly detailed workflow analysis reports for executive team

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in project management
  • Always updated with latest trends in the fintech space
  • At least 3 years managing teams larger that 20


  • Excellent communication skills- both written and oral
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently  across teams with different functions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
  • Background in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Ability to provide practical business insights from complex data sets
