Job Description:
An upmarket property group is looking to hire a Real Estate Analyst that will perform research, identify trends, perform property valuations, analysis, and due diligence reporting on key properties.
Duties:
- Monitor and analyze the commercial real estate market by identifying key demographics, economic trends, and demand in the specific geographic market
- Based on market analysis create property valuation reports
- Create monthly reports for management outlining key developments and trends in the industry
- Build and maintain working relationships with buyers and sellers
- Attend and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Conduct property due diligence
- Identify sales leads and make direct contact
- Assist marketing department with relevant content for property advertising
Job Requirements:
- Bcom Accounting,Economics,Property Studies or related studies
- Advanced Excel
- Minimum 2 years in the property industry
