Job Description:
A growing digital payments company is looking for a multi-tasking all-rounder that will be able to manage product, project and operations teams to fulfil targets and achieve their full potential.
Duties:
- Perform basic project management duties
- Liaise with customers/partners to help resolve work items
- Assist with the creation of systems and tools that boost the efficiency of operations
- Collect and synthesize operational insights, develop recommendations, and work cross-functionally to implement those solutions
- Track key metrics around our processes and report on them
- Help drive all types of projects (new features, new launches, etc) across the organization
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel/Word etc
- Ability to understand technical terms used by all teams
- Familiarity with Agile software development concepts
- Be able to handle several SaaS platforms
