Job Description:

A reputable telecommunications company is looking for a Project Manager (PM) to handle the company’s ongoing projects. The PM must ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track through comprehensive communication with all stakeholder.


  • Coordinate with team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Host regular check-in meetings with the team to track progress and timelines
  • Ensure all queries are resolved in a timeous manner and activate escalations when necessary
  • Establish  project communication plans and ensure that they are adhered to
  • Proactively manage project risks
  • Navigate change requests and ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project
  • Obtain the client’s approval at all phases of the project 
  • Develop and facilitate required SOPs, training manuals or technical training workshops to effectively manage the project
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all parties
  • Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
  • Prepare and submit reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
  • Conduct a post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project areas – share these findings in a post-project presentation to the team

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree (preferable) in Project management, Marketing, or Business Management 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in project management (including leading teams)
