Job Description:

A health and wellness company is looking for a high-spirited HR Administrator to support and develop its bustling HR department.  The successful candidate will provide HR administrative support on a daily basis and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

Duties:

  • Maintain employee personnel records
  • Update the internal HR database with accurate employee data daily
  • Answer employee queries about HR-related issues and redirect to HR Manager if necessary
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures 
  • Revise company policies and handbooks according to changes given by the HR Manager and GM
  • Assist the finance department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, reimbursement of expenses and  timesheets)
  • Assist the HR Manager with the recruitment process (job postings online, screening candidates  and scheduling candidate interviews)
  • Track employee probationary periods and schedule follow up meetings 
  • Organize team events 
  • Assist with the creation of quarterly HR reports and presentations to the executive team

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma  in HR-related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1+ years’ related administrative experience (New graduates are welcome to apply)
